Native to Albany, Georgia Cherry Cotton has passion for children as well as her community. She was an educator for 42 years in the MDCPS system.
Cherry’s classroom was a safe haven for her students. Her heart was always full of love and compassion for her students. She was their mentor and mother.
For the past decades Mrs. Cotton has dedicated her life to provide love, compassion, integrity, encouragement and strength to her previous students and most of all to this foundation.
